I agree and authorize Iris Gillon Music Pulbishing LLC and/or Iris Gillon Music’n Celebrations LLC dba IGMC to make use of my appearance in the films, videos and sounds being made during the class and projects I am signing up for. Iris Gillon Music Publishing LLC, and/or Iris Gillon Music’n Celebrations LLC dba IGMC shall be the exclusive owners of the results and proceeds of such filming, video-taping, recording and photography with full rights (with no obligations) to copyright, to use and to license others to use, in any manner whatsoever without limitation, all or any portion thereof or of a reproduction thereof. Submission of this registration is acknowledgement of my agreement to participate as defined above and I understand that I will be asked to sign a standard film production release form upon my arrival to class.
